What I mean by saying untracealbe is although someone has the cell number since its pre-paid would that stop them from finding out real identifying facts like owner informsation?
Pre-paid phones are for the most part untraceable. First of all you don’t sign any contract so the cell phone provider has no personal information. Second, if you pay cash then is no real proof of purchasing it in the first place.
Pretty much the only way personal information would be identified from the phone is if you store your information in the phone and someone else finds the phone (stolen, lost, etc.) and can access it. If you don’t store your information in it, then it is completely untraceable!
